Application Engineer (Cabinet Vision, IMOS, Microvellum, Phytha)

FURNIGENCE LLP provides consulting, drafting, and engineering services to cabinet makers, millwork manufacturers, design firms, and general contractors worldwide. We are now expanding our services to sell and support software solutions for the interior design and cabinet-making industries across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application expertise for cabinet-making CAD/CAM software.
• Assist in software pre-sales, implementation, customization, and manufacturing integrations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Train internal teams and customers on software functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales support.
• Optimize and improve workflow efficiency using CAD/CAM software.
• Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to enhance application capabilities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in application engineering, CAD/CAM software, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in at least one of the following programs: Cabinet Vision, IMOS, Microvellum, or Phytha.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and provide effective technical solutions.
• Communication: Strong skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the furniture, woodworking, or interior design industry.
• Knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
