Software Sales Manager

FURNIGENCE LLP provides consulting, drafting, and engineering services to cabinet makers, millwork manufacturers, design firms, and general contractors worldwide. We are now expanding our services to sell and support software solutions for the interior design and cabinet-making industries across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our software solutions.
• Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with the management and marketing teams to implement effective sales campaigns.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights for business improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software sales related to interior design or cabinet making.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of software solutions and their business applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales growth.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling international software solutions in India.
• Existing network of potential B2B clients.
• Background in manufacturing and business administration.
